Method 1: Using a Paper Strip or String (Most Accurate at Home)
- Cut a thin strip of paper (or use string/floss).
- Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on (not too tight— it should slide over the knuckle).
- Mark the exact spot where the paper overlaps with a pen.
- Lay it flat and measure the length from the end to the mark in milli-meters (mm). This is your circumference
