Method 1: Using a Paper Strip or String (Most Accurate at Home)

1. Cut a thin strip of paper (or use string/floss).
2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on (not too tight— it should slide over the knuckle).
3. Mark the exact spot where the paper overlaps with a pen.
4. Lay it flat and measure the length from the end to the mark in milli-meters (mm). This is your circumference
